131-I Efficacy Is Not Influenced by Stunning after Diagnostic Scan
 
[Radiology] This study found that a 185 MBq (5 mCi) diagnostic I-131 scan did not cause stunning prior to I-131 therapy. The effect was based upon the rate of successful I-131 therapy in patients with thyroid cancer s/p thyroidectomy.
