How should women be screened for endometrial cancer?

The ACS states that there is no indication that screening women with no identifiable risk factors is warranted.

Women may be asymptomatic, but still be at a high risk for endometrial cancer.

Women with a known HNPCC-associated genetic mutation, or women with a substantial likelihood of having this mutation, should be screened annually starting at age 35 according to the ACS.
