Advertisements in the Internet Medical Journal (Medjournal.com) must appear in the CLASSIFIEDS section of the discussion forum. All titles must begin with "ADV: " Only registered members can advertise. The Internet Medical Journal and Medjournal.com Inc. do not endorse in any way the advertisements on this site. The advertisements are not moderated in any way and should always be considered opinion - not fact.
