The authors estimate that the annual mortality due to warfarin therapy is what?
 
The authors estimate that the annual incidence of fatality caused by warfarin administration is 0.2% (p 829, top). The authors also state that studies have shown an annual rate of 2.4% - 8.1% for major bleeds and approximately 15% for minor bleeds.
