Light drinking may not be good for you

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Researchers poured cold water on the idea that moderate drinking helps prevent heart disease on Friday, noting that many studies include teetotalers as a control group but don't ask why they did not drink.

Several major studies have found that light to moderate drinking -- up to two drinks a day on a regular basis -- is associated with a lower risk of heart disease. Some have also found a lower risk of some cancers.

As long as you don't drink "light" drinks that contain aspartame because that's brain toxic and will cause mood changes, most likely depressions.

Google "aspartame" to find out yourself how bad it really is,.. and if you want to take the risk.

You're allowed to drink wine and dark beers such as Guinness.

I think I may just stick to not drinking at all. It seems to be working for me now.

Moderate drink can prevent heart disease. But, Can we accept that it will not cause any other problems to the body?
