What is used to treat overanticoagulation?

The authors state that all of the following may be used:

  • 2-5 mg of vitamin K given PO or SQ
  • a concentrate of the prothrombin group of coagulation factors, including II, IX, and X
  • fresh frozen plasma 15 ml/kg
  • recombinant factor VIIa
