Dilated pupils... in a cat

Hi everyone, I'm new in this forum. I'm a 2nd year medicine student in Venezuela. I came here because I don't know what else to do, I hope you can help me. My cat has dilated pupils. It happened overnight about 4 days ago. They're both the same size, equally reactive to light (just slightly) and round. A few days earlier she took enrofloxacine and cloramphenicol for pink eye. I know it looks like she ate some drug or poison but her behaviour seems normal. Everything other than her pupils seems to be normal. The other cats are fine, this only happened to this one. We don't keep poisons in the house so I don't think that's the cause. So far my veterinarian hasn't been able to give me a satisfactory answer, he just said that I shouldn't worry unless she shows some other sign. Does anyone have any idea of what could be making her pupils like this?

you might want to have your vet run a test for cryptocaucus. it's a fungal infection that animals and people (usually the elderly or those with compromised immune systems) can get from pigeon feces.
