Interatrial fdg uptake at PET scan
We have two cases of interatrial fdg uptake who does not show increased thickness of the interatrial fat on the CT scan. This element seem to exlude the LHIS, also termed "massive fatty deposits" or "lipomatous hamartoma", in which interatrial thickness must be more the 1 cm. A recent review of the literature does not show any report of this finding.
Any other idea ?
