Serum Retinol Levels Increase Risk of Fracture in Men
This study of 2322 men found that serum retinol was positively associated with an increased risk of a bone fracture.
Comment: vitamin A can cause lots of problems in excess. Notably, the researchers found no harm from beta carotene. [
