After a normal exercise sestamibi study, catheterization is indicated when?

Further investigation is indicated when the patient experiences a change in symptoms. In this study, 15 out of the 218 patients studied ended up having a revascularization procedure during the 7.4 years of follow-up. This is almost 1% a year.
