September 12, 2002. has been ranked in the top 2.1% of all Internet websites for the 3rd quarter of 2002 (July - September, 2002) by, an independent Internet traffic monitoring company that ranks the top Internet websites (in terms of website traffic). uses other paid market research services for calibration purposes. Statistics from companies such as Alexa, AC Nielsen and Media Metrix are used to attune and adjust their surveys and rating statistics. Out of the over 300 000 sites ranked, the Internet Medical Journal ranked 7232 as of September, 2002. This places Medjournal.Com in the top 2.4% of all sites ranked for the month of September, and in the top 2.1% of all sites ranked for the 3rd quarter of 2002.
