Effect of Cardiorespiratory Fitness on Mortality Among Hypertensive and Normotensive
This study of 2712 women and 3000 men found that cardiorespiratory fitness, as measured by a treadmill test, was associated with a lower risk of all cause and cerebrovascular mortality in both normotensive and hypertensive people. COMMENT: here is yet another study showing that exercise is good for you.
