[Newsmax] Last year we wrote about the ongoing case of a Missouri dentist, Dr. Charles Sell, who has now been in federal prisons for seven years - without being convicted of anything. Seven years is a long time. It's especially long when the maximum sentence for the original charges (if he were convicted) would be forty-one months, according to dissenting Justice Bye on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit.
