active mobilisation compared with collar therapy for whiplash injury

This study found that active therapy was better than immobilization in the treatment of whiplash therapy. A total of 200 patients were studied. COMMENT: in most situations of this type, it appears that early mobilization (once the condition is properly diagnosed) helps the body heal faster than immobilization.
