FDG Imaging in Thyroid Carcinoma Best Performed Under TSH stimulation

This study looked at PET imaging with FDG both under TSH suppression and TSH stimulation. The authors found that out of the 10 patients studied, that in 3 of the 10 TSH stimulation led to greater diagnostic sensitivity.
