Paramedics not always the saviors of cardiac-arrest patients

[Yahoo! News / USA Today] At first, the regulars in the Homestead Diner thought Bill Twilley was joking when he hit the floor after taking his seat. It was, after all, April Fools Day. And it was, after all, Bill.
