Fixed defect on stress myocardial imaging resulting from previous trauma

This case study describes a woman with chest pain, negative enzymes, and a predominantly fixed defect on adenosine Tc-99m tetrofosmin stress testing. The left ventricular ejection fraction was 31%. The patient was found to have normal coronary arteries and a focal aneurysm in the anterior wall. PMID: 15891301
