TO EARN CATEGORY I CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CREDIT: First, read the article. The full article is available for free online using the link above. Then, you must take the CME Test. The test consists of several questions that are answered online. Test questions are posted separately in this thread.
ACCREDITATION: Participation in this Journal Club activity has been designated by the Internet Medical Association for a maximum of ONE (1) Category 1 hours towards the American Medical Association's Physician Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent on the educational activity. This program expires two years after the date of this post. This journal club is based in Idaho (USA) and primarily intended for physicians practicing in Idaho and contiguous states.
FINANCIAL SUPPORT: This journal club CME program has not received any financial support. Please refer to the journal article itself for any financial conflicts the authors may have.
PRINCIPLES OF ARTICLE SELECTION: The selection criteria for article selection include compliance with fair-use principles, peer review, and full disclosure of financial conflicts. More information can be found here.
