CBS Can No Longer Be Trusted

CBS News has conclusively shown to be untrustworthy, while the Internet community has shown to be robust in arriving at the truth. The problem with CBS is that it is not peer-reviewed, while Internet blogs and news outlets receive constant feedback from the entire netizen community. This constant feedback loop enables a faster arrival at the truth. The lack of a feedback loop - as exemplified by CBS and Dan Rather's bias - makes the mainstream media outlets vulnerable to fraud and hoaxes.

The Bush document forgery case clearly points out the benefits the Internet community brings to arriving at the truth.
