Vestibular Rehabilitation for Chronic Dizziness
[Annals of Internal Medicine 19 October 2004 | Volume 141 Issue 8| Pages 598-605] This study looked at the effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation exercises in the treatment of 170 adult patients with chronic dizziness. Those who attended a 30 to 40 minute appointment with a nurse who instructed them on how to do the exercises had a lower rate of chronic dizziness at 6 months after treatment.
