The cause of chronic diseases.

Why is it that 2000 years after the Romans started regular medicine, medical doctors today still have not been able to detect the real cause of any of the chronic diseases?
Research all over the world is generally directed to find new drugs.
Medical schools teach doctors all the parts of the body in Latin, while most of the time is used to learn about the chemical medications of the various companies that subsidize the med. schools.
Millions of patients all over the world are waiting for answers which doctors are unable to give. Learn to live with your problems after all medications fail, is the only answer they get.
I would like to start a discussion about this subject with people who have at least some knowledge of health and well-being.
Kind regards, Dr. John Vos, Naturopathic Physician.
