Estrogen Replacement Therapy and Ovarian Cancer
This prospective study of 31,381 postmenopausal women found those on long-term estrogen replacement therapy were more likely to develop epithelial ovarian cancer. The relative risk ratio was 1.7, i.e. women on estrogen replacement therapy had a 70% greater risk.
