About the Journal

The Internet Medical Journal (ISSN 1093-7935) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access medical journal established in 1996 and published by the Internet Medical Association, a division of MegaSimple.com LLC, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

The journal publishes original research, perspectives, methods notes, and reviews across the medical and health sciences, with a particular focus on research methodology and statistical evidence quality. All articles undergo peer review. Articles are published on a rolling basis, supporting rapid dissemination of new work.

All content is immediately open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) license and permanently archived in the journal's Zenodo community with DOI assignment. The journal is indexed by Google Scholar.

The Internet Medical Journal is expanding its editorial board and welcomes applications from researchers and clinicians with an established, verifiable publication record. Board members review manuscripts in the journal's core areas. Applicants should hold a terminal degree or equivalent research standing, maintain an authenticated ORCID iD linked to a public list of publications, and be able to commit to reviewing 2–4 manuscripts per year with a turnaround of two to three weeks per review. Interested candidates should contact the editor at [email protected] with their ORCID profile link. Junior researchers and academics are welcome to apply.
